Rick is the Managing Principal of the Assurance Practice for the Rehmann’s Troy office. Rick joined Rehmann after spending over 25 years with an international CPA firm. Rick specializes in serving middle market companies (public and private) and has served clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, real estate and service industries. He has significant experience in assisting companies with initial public offerings, securities (debt and equity), restructurings and mergers and acquisitions.
