    Professional Biography
    Blaire H. Miller, MBA, CCM, specializes in international CFO services offering integrated international solutions for new market entry, M&A, project finance, global treasury risk and reporting, and trade finance and logistics. She is currently the EVP & Chief Financial Officer for URV USA, LLC and CFO for Swedish Biogas International LLC. She is also a current adjunct professor at Eastern Michigan University’s College of Business. She has served as an international partner at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause LLP, a top global accounting and consultancy firm in more than 100 countries for coordinated global tax, assurance and expansion. Prior to Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, Blaire was a senior vice president & manager of LaSalle Bank/ ABN Amro Group responsible for U.S. inbound & outbound global financial services, a first vice president & manager at Comerica Bank’s Global Banking Division as well as a financial analyst at Daimler-Benz AG in Stuttgart, Germany.
