Jessica has a BS in Management Information Systems from Oakland University and a MSM with a specialization Marketing from Walsh College. She specializes in querying/reporting, testing, web page/Portal and social media management, event planning, and coordinating community outreach projects. She has also been involved with portal implementation & project management as well as acted as a liaison for student clubs.
A firm believer in helping others on the job and the community, her favorite part of her job is the Blackwell Institute outreach project. The program focuses on educating the Detroit school’s first grade classes with regular tutoring sessions, field trips at the Troy campus, and more. Additionally, she volunteers at a local cancer based organization and a member of their fundraiser planning committees.
