Management Success is Our Goal for You
Our doctoral degree in management combines theory and applied research to give our students new skills to lead and manage effectively in today's organizations.

Online and On Campus Classes
Designed especially for working professionals, our Doctor of Management (DM) in Executive Leadership offers a strong, specialized educational program built on our 90 years of experience in business education.

The DM courses are delivered in 11-week semesters through a virtual blended delivery method - online coursework mixed with periodic on-campus meetings.

Accelerate Your Career
Creating academic and business leaders with the necessary skills to respond to economic and market conditions in both public and private organizations. The goal of the program is to develop scholar practitioners. DM graduates may seek careers as business leaders, consultants, or business educators. With the knowledge gained, DM graduates will be positioned to accelerate your career whether in the automotive industry, health care, academic administration, or as an entrepreneur.
