  in a confined and populated area. Active Shooter events appear on television
  and invade our workspace with all too great a frequency. We feel unsafe and
  uncertain everywhere we go, even at places we once presumed safe, such as c
 hurch, school, the movies, or at the mall. If you are responsible for provid
