Steven Harms is a frequent lecturer and an author in addition to being a full time attorney and partner in his firm, Muller, Muller, Richmond, Harms & Myers based in Birmingham and Grand Rapids, Michigan. He also teaches in the MBA program at Walsh College; live and online (winning an outstanding instructor award for online).
His publications include many articles and seminar materials plus chapters of books including Attorney Fee Agreements in Michigan, Michigan Basic Practice Handbook and Michigan Business Formbook. Recent seminar presentations included those before the International Association of Commercial Collectors, The American Bankruptcy Institute and the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
Mr. Harms co-authored International Commercial Secured Transactions with David Franklin, which was published in 2010 by Thomson Reuters Publishing. This publication looks at secured transactions around the world, with each country's requirements included.
