  Biography
  Mr. Hirsch has been employed by Walsh College since 1980.  He implemented the first student records automated system and began teaching in the fall of 1981.  He has worked for 35 years in data processing, and has an extensive background in manufacturing, retail, and banking systems.  Mr. Hirsch was instrumental in designing the Lotus 1-2-3 courses in Continuing Education when Walsh offered computer classes for the first time.  He also served as Chairman of the CIS Department when the CIS major was developed.
