  Biography
  Mr. Herrinton, a Certified Public Accountant, was admitted to practice before the State Bar of Michigan in 1969. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.

  Mr. Herrinton's professional involvements include membership in the State Bar of Michigan, the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is an Adjunct Professor at Walsh College and a former Assistant Professor of Law at the Detroit College of Law.
