  Mr. Krolik serves as a Board member for Spaulding for Children in Southfield, Michigan.  He is also a volunteer for the Michigan Quality Council assisting the MCQ in securing sponsorships for their annual meetings.  He has the PHR certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
  
  Biography
  James resides in Ann Arbor, Michigan.  He's married and has five children.  He also has a full-time position in the College of Business, Management Department, at Eastern Michigan University.
