Biography
Mark Sutton is a dual graduate of Walsh College, obtaining his Bachelor of Accountancy in 1996 and his Master of Science in Taxation in 2002. He is a CPA and a senior tax manager in the Auburn Hills office of Plante & Moran. His tax advice is frequently published within the monthly publication Building Business & Apartment Management. He is a recognized tax lecturer and valued speaker at planning seminars. Mark recently received a special recognition from client Mitch Ryder by being listed on the jacket of his newest CD, "A Dark Caucasian Blue."
While attending Walsh College, Mark received multiple academic scholarships and graduated with distinction. Since graduating, he has become active in alumni events and has assisted in the curriculum program. He has kept in close contact with school administrators to provide valuable feedback on how Walsh College's programs are meeting the demands of the marketplace. Mark is also the current treasurer of the Walsh College Alumni Association.
