Kara Caruth, MSF, CFP® is a financial planner at Snook Housey Advisors, Inc. in Troy. She also is an adjunct professor in the finance department.
Ms. Caruth’s specialties include retirement, college, insurance, tax, estate and investment planning. She focuses on helping individuals plan for the important goals in life such as funding college and retirement by building a comprehensive financial plan and implementing this plan.
She received her masters' in finance at Walsh College in 2011 and became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM in 2013.
Ms. Caruth is also very community oriented. She is a volunteer for Building Bridges, a 501(c)(3) a charitable organization that helps children in Metro Detroit, the Accounting Aid Society and at Gleaners food bank of North East Michigan.
