The Michigan Test of English Language Proficiency (MTELP) is a multiple choice test that covers grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension. This test is given to prospective Walsh students who are non-native English speakers as a way to measure the proof of English language proficiency admission requirement.  The test is administered at the Troy Campus Testing Center.  You must first meet with a Walsh advisor to determine if you meet the requirements to take the test. An appointment is required to take the MTELP.  Click here to schedule an appointment.
