Social Media in a Week
By: Brenda Meller Category: Social Media

Over the past week, here are the social media sites and resources I've used, accessed, visited, posted on, uploaded to, or otherwise referenced. All are related to social media and the internet. Not in any particular order here, just the order that I can recall...

My company website (www.walshcollege.edu/Webinars)
LinkedIn (including www.linkedin.com/in/brendameller
Facebook (including www.facebook.com/WalshCollegeFanPage)
Twitter (www.twitter.com/walshcollege and www.twitter.com/BrendaMeller)
YouTube (www.youtube.com/WalshCollege)
Foursquare (www.foursquare.com)
Apps and games, such as Mobibo (http://mobibo.gravy.net/) and Zombie Cafe (okay, I admit I play games too)
Mobile sites on my smart phone
QR codes
Google+
Hotmail
FireFox
WebEx
Internet Explorer
iTunes
iPad

This is above and beyond any news sites, e-newsletters, other organization/company websites, and emails in general that I've read.

Whew! Pretty impressive though when you consider it was a short week due to the holiday. How about you? Have you considered how many sites and resources you interact with on a daily basis? I know I'm different than the average person in my use since I work in marketing, but for those who are connected to the web, you can probably relate.

That is quite impressive! I think I have used all of those except for Firefox and Google+ (I use Chrome). But that does come along with my job description as well. Hey, those apps you use sound pretty cool!
