  • Tina Marie Wohlfield is adjunct assistant professor, Management, at Walsh College, teaching the course “Managing Total Compensation.”  She is also affiliated with the Walsh Institute’s Professional in Human Resources/Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR/SPHR) Exam Prep Course instruction team.

    Her areas of expertise include human resources, compensation and benefits, management, succession planning, and training and development. 

    Wohlfield is also human resources/compliance manager at Benefit Review Services, Inc., an insurance and retirement plan consulting firm in Sterling Heights, Mich. Her role includes internal human resources as well as educating companies on the impacts of regulatory compliance on their organizations.

    She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2001 and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in human resources management from Walsh in 2004. Wohlfield also holds SPHR certification.

    Her professional presentations include Successful Employee On-Boarding Strategies, Employee Engagement, Performance Management Programs, Employee Benefit and Wellness Strategies, Health Care reform, and other regulatory topics.

    Wohlfield is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and the Walsh Institute Leadership Center.
