Tom G. Javarinis has been adjunct professor, Management, at Walsh College since 2006. He currently is treasurer for a non-profit organization after a long career in leadership positions in retail and food service distribution, aviation management, and health care.
Javarinis earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in general management and accounting from the Detroit College of Business in 1981. He has received three Master of Business Administration degrees from Davenport University – in strategic management in 1998, accounting in 2000, and healthcare management in 2001.
He followed with a Doctor of Philosophy in applied management and decisions sciences specialization, organizational behavior and development, from Capella University in 2005.
He holds a Certified Manager’s Certificate from the Institute for Certified Professional Managers through James Madison University.
