Bill Keller is a 28 year veteran in commercial banking. Currently he is Managing Director at The PrivateBank in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan. He has held this position since joining The PrivateBank in November 2008. Previously he spent six years with LaSalle Bank in Troy, Michigan, as First Vice President of Loan Administration. Bill also was LaSalle Bank’s Director of Automotive Industries in 2006 and 2007. He started his career in commercial banking in 1985 at National Bank of Detroit, where he held numerous positions in commercial lending and credit administration.
Bill earned both Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Michigan - Ross School of Business. He remains actively involved with the university and the UM Alumni Association. Since January 2005 he has been a member of the adjunct faculty at Walsh College serving as Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Finance and Economics Department. He teaches the graduate level course Credit Analysis and Commercial Lending.
