Professional Image for the Competitive Edge
A polished, professional image has a huge impact on landing your dream job, and it also plays a very important role in your success on the job. According to surveys, people who have a professional appearance tend to be promoted more often than those who do not. During this event, attendees learned a variety of tips and techniques to ensure a professional image during interviewing as well as throughout their careers. Learn more.
Etiquette Dinner
Have you ever found yourself at a business dinner and wish you knew the proper etiquette throughout the meal? Which fork do you use? When do you unfold your napkin? Which menu items should you select (or avoid) at a business dinner? Since first impressions count, how do you properly dine during a job interview?
Even if your current profession does not provide these opportunities or questions, you may encounter them in the future as you move into executive positions. Attend this "Etiquette Dinner" event to learn the proper etiquette in professional dining situations.
This is a hands-on experience: you'll learn proper dining etiquette during a four-course seated meal (salad, soup, dinner, dessert, plus non-alcoholic beverages). Bring a classmate or your spouse, and join us for networking opportunities plus hands-on instruction throughout your meal. The registration cost includes the four-course meal and all non-alcoholic beverages, plus handouts at the end of the event. Learn more
