Participant Letter

A letter is mailed to participants approximately a week prior to the ceremony. Details include:  cap & gown online order pick up schedule, graduate arrival time/location, guest arrival/location, and more.

Cap & Gown Pick Up

If you ordered your gown online and didn't request to have it shipped, you will need to pick it up at the bookstore. Dates are usually the week before commencement. Tickets for these orders are available at the Will Call station the morning of the ceremony in Zion's main lobby.

Cap & Gown Prep

Watch the following video to see how to properly wear the tassel, master hood, gown, etc.

Recommended Dress

Women

We suggest that women wear a blouse and dress pants or a dress. Note: High heels are discouraged, because you will need to walk up and down a series of steps.

Men

We suggest that men wear dress pants, dress shirt, and a tie.
