As recruitment and retention efforts have become a priority in a market place competing for talent, the need for skilled leaders to address multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment cannot be supported by a strategy of "hands-on", "sink or swim", "cream rises to the top" or "only-the-strong-survive" notions of leadership development. Training & Development, the second pillar supporting Retention, is the focus of the Lunch and Learn, where participants will share ideas and discuss best practices in an informal, yet productive, session.
