Richard Davidson has been an adjunct professor at Walsh
College since 2013. Previously he was an adjunct instructor at Schoolcraft
College and Oakland Community College.
Rick earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.)
with a major in Taxation from the Wayne State University School of Law. He
previously had received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from the
University of Detroit and is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in
the State of Michigan.
Rick currently serves as Senior Tax Counsel for FCA US LLC
(f/k/a/ Chrysler) where he manages the federal tax controversy area as well as
providing transactional guidance to his colleagues at FCA. Prior to joining FCA,
Rick was a tax attorney with Ernst and Young and Guardian Industries Corp.
