Academic E-Mail Forwarding

  • Use Forwarding to automatically forward all e-mail sent to your Walsh Office 365 email account to another email account

         How do I set up forwarding?


  1. Go to Options > Create an Inbox Rule
  2. Click drop down menu to the right of "New"
  3. Click "Create a new rule for arriving messages"
  4. Click drop down menu to right of "When the message arrives, and:" select "My name is in the To or Cc box"
  5. Click the drop down menu to the right of "Do the following" and select "Redirect the message to"
  6. The Address Book will appear. At the bottom enter your email address in the "To" field under "Message Recipients" and click "OK"

          What else do I need to know?

  • To stop forwarding messages, navigate back to your Rules, select the rule you want to delete and click the "X".
