It was a picture perfect day for the 18th Annual Scholarship Golf Classic at Red Run Golf Club in Royal Oak on June 15. Over 90 Walsh alumni and friends enjoyed a day of fun on the golf course all while supporting the scholarship program. Over $50,000 was raised to benefit the Golf Classic Annual Scholarship.
The winning team included: Kirk Vercnocke and Dan Lixie of Phoenix Press; John Tomey and Tom Coleman of Schoolcraft College. At the cocktail reception the winners of the annual scholarship raffle were drawn. Winners include:
1st place Mark Blazevic
2nd place Ray Giacobone
3rd place Dick Czarnecki
4th place Bob Cummings
5th place Mike Husson
