*Log onto The Portal, Academic e-mail, Moodle and WebAdvisor using the same password!*
Currently four pieces of information are used to reset your password:
- Last name
- User login name
- Date of birth
- Walsh ID number
Starting May 1, 2013, we will be implementing a new process. When you successfully answer the four fields listed above, you will be prompted to provide answers to three security questions. Once the questions are answered, a new password can be set.
When resetting your password for a second time and every time after, you will be automatically directed to these questions and no longer have to answer the four fields.

Your password will expire 90 days after the last time you reset your password. When your password has expired, you will receive a notification when logging on to your account requesting you to change your password.
