How to Make a Payment

Credit or Debit Card

Students may pay their balance online with a credit or debit card by using our secure and confidential online payment environment.  Login to the portal, go to the WebAdvisor tab under the Student Home page, and select "Pay on My Account" under Financial Information. Your card will be charged and your account updated in real time. Walsh College accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

You may also pay your account over the phone with a credit or debit card by calling the Business Office at (248) 823-1620, visiting the Business Office at the Troy campus, or by using the kiosks at the Novi and University Center campuses.

Credit or debit card payments submitted via fax, email, or voicemail will not be accepted nor processed.

Check and Cash

Troy (Business Office), Novi, and University Center campuses accept checks. Cash is only accepted at the Troy (Business Office) and Novi campuses.

For all payments not made online, please allow time for processing.

Note: Students with a past due balance will not be permitted to register for classes or receive a diploma, certificate, and/or academic transcript. Click here for important dates.
