How to Make a Payment

Pay your balance online with a credit or debit card!  Login to the portal, go to the WebAdvisor tab under the Student Home page, and select "Make a Payment" under Financial Information.  Your card will be charged and your account updated in real time!  Walsh College accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

You may also pay your account in person at all campuses with a check, credit, or debit card.  Cash is only accepted at the Troy campus.  You may also pay your account over the phone with a credit or debit card by calling (248) 823-1620.

Click here for important dates.  If you have a past due balance, you will not be permitted to register for classes, view grades, or receive a diploma and/or academic transcript.

WebAdvisor Payment Options During the Registration Process

Credit or Debit Card

If you are not a qualified financial aid, veteran, or third party voucher student, you must pay a minimum $125 registration deposit.  Please select the CC (credit card) code during WebAdvisor registration.  If your registration is successful, you will be directed to the Make a Payment screen.  You may pay any amount between $125 and your total tuition balance (click here for important dates).  Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards are accepted.

If you do not pay the registration deposit, you will be dropped from your courses.

Employer Voucher

If you have a qualified employer voucher or purchase order indicating that Walsh College may directly bill your employer for your tuition, you may register without paying the $125 registration deposit.  Please select the EV code during WebAdvisor registration.

The voucher must be submitted one business day prior to registration.  Applications for vouchers will not be accepted.  You may fax your voucher to (248) 689-7834 or email to business@walshcollege.edu.  If your employer requires an original voucher for billing, faxed or emailed copies will not be accepted.

Financial Aid

If you are eligible for financial aid, your account with be coded FA and you will be able to register without paying the $125 registration deposit.  Please select the FA code as your form of payment during WebAdvisor registration.

If a balance remains on your account after financial aid is applied, your balance will be due on the final payment date of the term.  Click here for important dates.

MET

If you have a MET account set up with the State of Michigan, you are eligible to register without paying the $125 registration deposit.  Please select EV as your form of payment during WebAdvisor registration. 

If you are a new student, you will need to inform the MET office that you will be attending Walsh College and they will submit the appropriate paperwork indicating the balance in your MET account.

Veteran's Administration

If you are an eligible Veteran, your account will be coded as VA and you will be able to register without paying the $125 registration deposit.  Please select VA as your method of payment during WebAdvisor registration.

Vocational Rehabilitation

If you are a qualified Veteran under Chapter 31, you will be coded as EV (employer voucher) and may register online without paying the $125 registration deposit.  During WebAdvisor registration, please select EV as your form of payment.
