Soft Skills Defined
Walsh College has prepared a program to coach you on the importance of soft skills in the workplace. The future differentiator for you as a job candidate, and the businesses that hire you, will be the soft skills - the non-technical, intangible, personality-specific skills that determine strengths of a leader, team member, listener, negotiator, and conflict mediator.
Held at the Troy Campus, the workshops are offered free of charge and open to Walsh College students and alumni. Multiple days and times offered.
Upcoming courses will be posted soon.
