Linda Wiechowski, PhD, is the Chair of the Finance and Economics department.  Dr. Wiechowski has been teaching at Walsh College since 1984. She has also taught at the University of Detroit Mercy, Wayne State University and Saint Mary’s College. Dr. Wiechowski specializes in teaching financial management and economics in the MBA program as well as finance in the BBA and MSF programs.  She has taught health economics, health care finance, as well as a variety of computer courses. Dr. Wiechowski has developed and taught numerous online courses. She presents on various GI Bill and Veteran topics for the Michigan higher education community. Kara specializes in the Post 9/11 GI Bill, Military Tuition Assistance programs, and assisting students in maximizing their education benefits. In addition, Kara is an energetic presenter with over 10 years experience in public speaking.

Dr. Levens’ first textbook, “Introduction to Marketing”, is in use at more than 80 colleges and universities in North America and in China. His second textbook, "Principles of Marketing textbook, Marketing: Defined, Explained, Applied", is used by more than 100 colleges and universities across the world and is now in its second edition. Cheryl Carr is an outreach coordinator / advisor through the Walsh College Career Services office, which assists students and alumni. Cheryl is experienced with job search assistance, practice interviews, and general career consultation.
