Requests for Extra Tickets

If you need more tickets, we highly recommend that you check with other classmates attending the ceremony. Overflow space is available with a large video screen and located in the Chapel Room. Tickets are not needed for this room and it is located just down the hall from the auditorium.

If extra tickets can be distributed, requests can be made via an online form. The web address will be provided in a letter that is mailed two weeks before the ceremony. If tickets have been granted, their name and tickets will be available at Will Call (located in Zion lobby) the morning of the ceremony.

Authorization for Special Stories in Speech

If a Walsh staff member has requested information from you that could potentially be included in the president's speech, a FERPA release form needs to be submitted. The Records, Registration & Veteran Services Office will need this returned no later than two weeks before the ceremony.
