Conversation with Leaders to Feature Lindsey Levich, Google

Lindsey Levich, senior account executive of DoubleClick Digital Marketing at Google in Birmingham, will be sharing her expertise on digital marketing at Walsh College’s Conversation with Leaders program on Thursday, March 1, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Troy location.

This complimentary session is open to the public and offers a unique opportunity to hear Levich discuss the ways companies use data to deliver the right messages to the right customers at the right time. Additionally, she will provide perspective on how companies gather data and how consumers can manage information collected about themselves. 

“We are honored to host Lindsey Levich at Walsh,” said Jenny Tatsak, Ph.D., chair of the Business Communications Department and director of the Success Center. “Her experience in marketing communications will provide invaluable insight and a real-world perspective on the way data is used.” 

The event is hosted by the College’s Success Center, which provides designated space and resources for executive coaching and prepares Walsh students with communication and technical skills necessary for leadership roles and professional growth.

About Lindsey Levich

Lindsey Levich works as a Senior Account Executive at Google in Birmingham (soon to be Detroit). Lindsey’s job involves working with finance companies to get the most out of their digital advertiser campaigns by utilizing the DoubleClick Digital Marketing products. This includes helping them create and distribute digital creatives, buy display and video ads across the web and measure the performance of their advertising initiatives. She has worked for Google for just over 10 years. The last 7 have been on the DoubleClick and the three previous were working with Retail advertisers on AdWords – Google’s search platform. 

 Prior to Google, Lindsey worked as the Communication Director and Web Site Marketing Manager for The Nailco Group (TNG), a beauty supply company located in St Lyon, Michigan. She worked on creating a retail website, photo shoots, copy writing, working as a staff writer for NailBiz Magazine and putting out a quarterly 300+ page catalog. 

 Before TNG she worked at a local community center as a Marketing Coordinator. She learned how to market on a shoe-string budget and wear multiple hats on a very lean team. 

Lindsey received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Creative Writing from the University of Michigan, where she was a Regent Alumni Scholarship recipient, and holds her Masters in Business from the Michigan State Broad College of Business. Lindsey is involved in Woman@Google programs, Girls who Code and CareerVillage.
