  • Mr. Martinez is an employee of General Motors, where he is employed as an Infrastructure Project Manager at the new GM Data Center. His most recent specialty is in managing infrastructure projects, security projects and leading disaster recovery tests. 

    Mr. Martinez is an adjunct information technology instructor since 2007. Presently, he is affiliated with Oakland County Community College and Baker College. He has taught over 20 different courses within information technology. 

    Mr. Martinez serves as a volunteer Reserve Deputy Sheriff for the Macomb County Sheriff Department (MCSD) since 2011. In his role with the Sheriff department, he supports the MCSD Cyber Crimes unit supporting full-time detectives in fighting Cyber Crime and providing technology consultation. He serves the unit as an Identity Theft subject matter expert. 

    Mr. Martinez holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, and a Master's of Science degree in Information Assurance from Walsh College. He is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Security Systems Professional (CISSP) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
