Important Dates

Below you will find important dates to note regarding deadlines for tuition payments. Please note that refund dates pertain to 11-week courses and that shorter courses may have different dates. View the Academic Calendar and the Refund Policy for additional dates.

Winter 2024

  • Payment period begins December 6
  • Last day to drop for 100% tuition refund: January 15
  • Lasty day to drop for 50% tuition refund: January 21
  • Withdrawal Period begins January 22, please have all employer sponsored vouchers submitted to business@walshcollege.edu by this date.
  • Payment due date (pay in full date): January 31 (For balances not paid in full by the payment due date, a late fee of 1.5% of the balance due will be charged to your account on this date and again on the 15th of the two moths thereafter.  Federal regulations prohibit the use of Title IV funds to pay late fees.)

Spring 2024

  • Payment period begins March 4
  • Last day to drop for 100% tuition refund:  April 8
  • Last day to drop for 50% tuition refund:  April 14
  • Withdrawal Period begins April 15th
    • No PEPD discount applications will be accepted after this date through Troy Chamber
    • Please have all employer sponsored vouchers submitted by this date to business@walshcollege.edu
  • Payment due date (pay in full date):  April 25  (For balances not paid in full by the payment due date, a late fee of 1.5% of the balance due will be charged to your account on this date and again on the 15th of the following two months thereafter.  Federal regulations prohibit the use of Title IV funds to pay late fees.)

Summer 2024

  • Payment period begins June 10
  • Last day to drop for 100% tuition refund: July 15
  • Last day to drop for 50% tuition refund: July 21
  • Withdrawal Period begins July 22

*Registration transactions including adding classes, dropping classes, and withdrawing from classes must occur before 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on the deadline date.
