Doctor of Management

The Doctor of Management (D.M.) is a professional doctoral degree designed with working professionals in mind. The D.M. program provides an in-depth study of the issues associated with leadership, executive decision-making, and the management of people and processes in an environment of global change. Advancing a candidate's knowledge of theory, by broadly exposing students to both the historical and contemporary philosophical underpinnings of leadership and management, the D.M. program then challenges students to apply that knowledge and generate practical solutions to the complex and dynamic challenges facing leaders and executive decision-makers.

Tech MBA

Combining business intelligence and engineering excellence this exciting new interdisciplinary program integrates two hundred collective years of engineering and business know-how into one program. The Tech MBA is designed to provide you with the business and technology education necessary for success in technical leadership positions.

The new Tech MBA consists of three of Kettering’s experiential engineering courses and seven of Walsh’s internationally ranked business courses. As a result, graduates acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to create strategic solutions in a wide variety of STEM fields. The engineering/technology coursework will be certified by Kettering University and students will be awarded a Kettering Certificate in Technology Leadership in addition to their Tech MBA from Walsh.
