  • Joseph has 20 years of experience as an IT Services for healthcare outsourcer. He current works for Computer Task Group (CTG), a global IT company that provides IT solutions, services and staffing across a broad range of industries.  He has an MBA, and MSF from Walsh and an ITIL® Expert certification. He specializes in implementing and running clinical service desks for healthcare clients. He started his IT career as a Level 1 agent, then moved into the roles of supervisor, manager, and director for Service Desk operations. He has also managed service desk technology teams and developed and deployed an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) ticketing system for many organizations.

    Prior to joining CTG, he was a Senior Director of a Service Desk that had more than 40 customers staffed by more than 400 employees, handling over 2 million contacts a year. He worked with a good number of those customers on transitioning their support from an in-house solution to one provided by the service provider. Joseph also spent 7 years as the Director of Office of Information Technology for Walsh College where he oversaw the implementation of a number of innovative projects that helped to automate many business processes.

    Joseph has been an Adjunct Instructor at Walsh since 2008 and has taught BIT 305, BIT 335, and FIN 315.
