Global Project and Program Management Certificate

The Global Project and Program certificate is designed to prepare project and program managers to become leaders. Upon completion, students will be prepared to employ a variety of disciplined and agile project management tools and techniques to guide projects and programs for maximum benefit to their organization. Students will integrate, coordinate, and balance resources to achieve project goals and meet project schedule, quality, risk, and financial constraints. 

Admission Criteria
Applicants must possess an undergraduate degree from a college or university regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission. A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or better on a 4.00 scale is also required. Individual with a cumulative GPA lower than 2.75, but not lower than 2.00, will be admitted on a provisional basis. 

Course Specifics
The Global Project and Program Management certificate consists of 5 courses for 15 credit hours.
