All accounts with credit balances (money owed to you) will be issued a refund after the add/drop period (when the withdrawal period starts) and may take up to 10 business days to process. If you see Student Refund on your accounts receivable statement on WebAdvisor, your refund is being processed.  A credit or negative balance means your check will be processed during our next weekly check run.  Checks are to be mailed to the address the College has on record and cannot be picked up.
