APPLY FOR BENEFITS

  • If you have used your benefits at another college, please submit a Change of Program or Place of Training Form by clicking on the appropriate link below.
    22-1995 for Post 9/11 and Transfer of Entitlement (Ch.33), Montgomery (Ch.30), Selected Reserve (Ch.1606), and REAP (Ch.1607)
    22-5495 for Dependents using Dependents Educational Assistance (Ch.35) or Fry Scholarship (Ch.33)
  • The VA will process your application within 30 days.
  • You will receive a Certificate of Eligibility in the mail. Please provide a copy of the COE to a School Certifying Official.

SUBMIT AUTHORIZATION FORMS

If this is your first term using VA benefits at Walsh, please enter your social security number through the portal by clicking the link below. This is needed to certify your enrollment: 
Social Security Number Entry

  • Fill out the Benefits Authorization Form. This form must be completed every academic term that you plan to use your benefits.
  • Fill out the Early Certification Form (Ch.33 Only) if you choose to have your tuition and fees certified early. This should only be done if you are expecting a financial aid disbursement that is time sensitive.
