Prof. Radners has been involved with quality improvement efforts at Ford Motor Company for more than 12 years. Trained as a 6-Sigma, Level II Master Black Belt, Prof. Radners has overseen or led approximately 140 improvement initiatives.
Annually, these initiatives have reduced process variation, developed customer satisfaction models, and driven down considerable operating costs. Prof. Radners has also trained more than 200 individuals in various quality improvement methodologies.
Prof. Radners has taught quantitative methods, statistics, quality, and variation management for more than seven years.
Prof. Radners has also guest lectured at various colleges and universities within the tri-state area.
